Contracts and Contract Litigation

Juvenile Law

When juveniles get in trouble in school or elsewhere if they are underage their offense may be handled in the Juvenile Court.  Parents need to be aware that the Juvenile Court is a criminal court and not to be relied upon as a social service agency.  Attorney O’Sullivan’s extensive background includes representation of children in the Juvenile Court, both in her early years as an Assistant Prosecutor in Hudson County, New Jersey, and subsequently as private counsel representing children and families.
